Nah, don't take it too harsh, we are thankful for your proposition, it's just that we're having a hard time fighting against spammers and other kinds of pesky things, that's why perhaps they took a bad approach on your question...
I've been restlessly cleaning the forums since a couple of days and allready lost count of how many spam posts I erased, how many spamers I've punished, and how many things I've moved to their corresponding place...

good man Zeuz, one of the best of the pirator staff, definate role model for everyone to look up to, always there to provide the best advice,
heres some advice to new cops, go on once a day if you can, just your prescence keeps the spammers in check

Aww dont have 100 posts... but maybe I will have by the time you choose... Anyway let me give a quick summary about my experience... I am currently the administrator of an fairly active forum and I am constantly moderating it. We usually have about 260 members log on a day. I also have to scan all of the files that are sent to us to upload onto our site, we have a couple thousand as of now. As for this site, I am noticing spam, and would be more than happy to take care of them properly.

Oh and who ever asked what an infraction was (didnt check to see if you were answered), is basically a warning system. vB can be configured to allow only a certain number of infractions before an autoban. Of course this really does not apply to spammers because they are just given the boot upon sight.

Anyway, so even though I dont meet the post number requirements, I hope you still put me into consideration!

well, i signed up, but its been a long time now and still no response... hope i get the position as most of pirator staff knows i will be awesome!!!
