I've luckily never had to drive on something like that. I was however a passenger.

you get to a corner and you're "dear god, don't let us meet anyone at this part. one of us would have to go in reverse back down this hellhole to get to a spot wide enough so we can get by each other."

just imagine backing up on something like that ...

how do these car pass? i mean.. there is hardly enough space for one car but when one comes the opposite direction? probably in the curve... that must be verry scarry... don't know if i would drive on that road...
