actually I hate both, I hate rapid share because those b are getting rich with their premium accounts, w4r3z stuff is suposed to be free

I hate mega upload because it hates my country, I will nerver be able to download from them unless I use a proxy or some other trick instead of installing their lame toolbar

anyways there are hundreds of decent file hosters some of them support stop/resume and a few support download accelerators, all for free

I get faster downloads from rapidshare but I hate being restricted on how many downloads an hour, but i'm to cheap to buy a premium account

Rapidshare is probably better, since they don't automatically delete files due to inactivity. If you're looking for an older upload, odds are it'll be long gone if it was uploaded to, say, MegaUpload.

i think that rapidshare is better because of all that warez but megaupload has double points reward if you upload using their toolbar.
