How many of you go to the gym?

As the title says, how many of you guys go to the gym?

I started only recently, about 2 months ago, I try to go 3-5 times a week, so far I've been able to keep up my routine and try to bulk up.

I even started a diet and everything to improve my body. So I was just wondering, how many of you go to the gym, why or why not?

I've been going for a couple months now. I try and stick to a 3 day schedule and for the most part don't have trouble in that area. I just switched to Bill Starr's 5x5 routine and so far, loving it. We'll see how the gains come though.

Its the diet that messes me up. I never bring enough food to work, and I'm 100% sure I'm not eating enough to gain the weight I want. I don't take it seriously enough to count my calories though, I can hardly keep a journal of my lifts.

Its now become something that I like to do though, motivation isn't hard when you like it.

well i started last year mainly because I wanted to look good but then again that's most people's reasons. other small reasons are staying healthy, having myself occupied, feeling good about myself, many things like that. it's a plus all in all

No, I don't go to the gym.
Not necesary for me, I get a good workout doing my job, combine that with long walks and occasional trips to the local svimming-pool or beaches when the weather allows it, and I get the exercise I need.

Yeah I try to go 3-5 times a week, I'd like to start doing MMA classes because those will get you ripped, I don't actually want to get in the cage though.

I’m pretty religious when it comes to the gym. I go 5 times a week but I really need to start dieting and cut out the weekend drinking benders lol.

Once a week i also get to go to a free BJJ and yoga lesson with my friends and gf's membership but I always just get to practice the basics

I’m starting to look up mma gyms too, but I find that the good ones are extremely expensive, usually running $80/mo + extra for the 1 on 1 sessions. Also the classes are huge for the lessons so i'm trying my best to find a gym that has the most bang for my buck
