Photoshop CS4 is offically under production. Download an early version of it here, remember this is a beta stage product so it may be unstable and contain bugs. Theres still alot more recommendation to be using CS3 with this build.

I haven't....but, it is supposed to be better suited for Vista now...not sure if that's all tho...more testing to be done!
